Spinach Dip
10 oz. pkg. of frozen chopped spinach defrosted and drained
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened
1/2 c. salsa (I used mild)
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack/Cheddar combination
Combine spinach, cream cheese, salsa, cumin and onion
in a bowl, spread into a 9x13 or 8x12 pan that will fit in the
microwave. Microwave 2 minutes. Top w/ shredded cheese
and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 minutes. or until
cheese melts
and spinach is bubbly. Serve w/ tortilla
chips or crackers.
