Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups of sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup of butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg

Topping:
1 cup of pecans chopped
1 cup of coconut
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of flour
1/4 cup of butter

Instructions:

• Combine the first 10 ingredients; place in lightly buttered baking dish.
• Mix topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over casserole.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
